What is the delivery Time?

We provide shipping all over Pakistan. Delivery can take 3-5 working days. Bridal Wear delivery time is determined after reviewing your order requirements and season of delivery.

What if the product color varies?

Maria.B ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided
on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of
colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site
are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow,
Maria.B. do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or
style.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

Can I amend my order?

In case of any amendment request, please reach out to us at help@mariab.ae within 12 hours of order placement mentioning complete amendment details.

What is the Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You must bring the article that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Maria B store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at help@mariab.ae

Can I return the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at help@mariab.ae mentioning the reason of unsatisfaction and we’ll provide you a coupon of the paid amount for the next online purchase.

What if my merchandise does not fit?

If the product doesn’t fit, please contact us at help@mariab.ae or send us a message on WhatsApp at +923111162742 and share your concern within 7 Days after delivery of your parcel.

If the product is damaged, please share details of your order i.e. Order Number or email and Pictures of the damaged product along with the flyer/box within 7 days of Delivery.
