1. How long does it take to ship an order with various outfits?
Please know that turnaround times vary from dress to dress. However, we ensure the delivery of your order keeping the following turnaround times in mind.

• Special Occasions and Bridal: 25 to 50 days.
• Formals: 25 to 30 days.
• Casuals and Party Wear: 15-20 days

2. Can I amend my order once it is placed?
It depends on what amendments you would like to have. Some amendments can be made even after placing your order. Simply email us and we will let you know whether amendments can be made in your order. However, an order can be amended within 24 hours.

3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the payment approval is received from our credit card payment processor. Once payment approval is received, an order cannot be cancelled.

4. Can I add sleeves or suggest any changes to an outfit?
We can certainly incorporate changes and make a custom outfit for you. You can suggest us your sleeves and trouser length. All you need to do is tell us your thoughts by email or phone and our team of designers will review your changes and get back to you with expert recommendations. We will, at the same time, let you know whether your custom changes are cost effective or these can be made at the outfit cost.

Once you have got approval for customization you may proceed to place your order with us.

5. I want to place an order with you but it is safe to use my credit card?
We, at mariab.pk maintain the highest levels of security to provide our customers a safe shopping experience. We use secure servers of 2Checkout.com and all your transactions are processed on high-level SSL(Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.

When shopping with us, you are in safe hands as we take the privacy and security of your payments and personal details very seriously.

6. I plan to place my order soon, can you tell me what measurements do you need?
You can either select your size from our standard sizes or can provide us with your own measurements.

7. I don't know what my measurements are, can I suggest my size?
Simply tell us what size do you wear and we'll make your outfit keeping the ready-to-wear sizes in mind.

8. I plan to place a huge order, can I get any discount?
If you are placing a huge order for any special occasions we may offer you discount. Simply tell us product names or code and we'll get back to you whether any discount can be offered.

9. Do you do wholesale? If so, how can I get a bulk wholesale quotation?
Simply tell us the item names along with the required quantity and sizes, and we will provide you with a wholesale quotation based on your requirement. Usually if you are buying more than 200 pieces, we can offer you a good price.

10. Can I get an order refund?
At Maria. B. Designs, we try to make sure you receive goods in the best condition. In case you receive damaged goods, we can send you a replacement, free of cost. You will only need to bear the shipping cost from your end to us. As we provide replacements, we do not have a refund policy.

11. Who will pay custom duties and taxes in my country?
Every country has different custom duties and taxes. Sometimes these duties and taxes or not even applied. If there are any custom duties and taxes applicable, these have to be paid by you and at your end.

12. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners and PCB. We also accept Paypal.
